Aliante

Started in 2002, Aliante sits at the base of the beautiful Sheep Mountains and is the first true master planned community developed in North Las Vegas. Aliante meanders over 1,905 acres with 428 acres dedicated to recreational and public use, and over 100 acres of commercial development for shops, resident services and dining. (To put that into perspective, Summerlin is 22,500 acres and Southern Highlands is 2,300 acres.)
At completion there will be an estimated 7,000 Aliante homes spread over 1165 acres and 20,000 residents. There will be 45 acres of parks featuring the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park, two traditional parks and myriad linear neighborhood parks. Main park attractions feature a man-made lake with waterfalls in a scenic setting, an interactive dinosaur discovery area and a water play area. For seniors the community of Sun City Aliante offers a beautiful club house, state of the art workout facilities, tennis, golf and more.
Other planned amenities in Aliante include an amphitheater, an 18 hole championship par 72 municipal golf course, soccer and ball fields, picnic areas, and a community-wide arroyo and trail system. In addition, two elementary school sites and a middle school site have been proposed.
